Shipping policy

Origin and Processing

  • All orders are shipped from Davenport, Florida, USA.
  • Orders received will be processed and prepared for shipment after 3:00 PM (local time) on the same business day. Orders placed before 3:00 PM may begin processing the same day; orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing time: please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • We use trusted carriers USPS.
  • Domestic estimated transit (after processing):
    • Standard Ground: 2–6 business days
    • Expedited: 1–3 business days
  • Transit times are estimates and do not include processing time.

Cutoff & Weekend/Holiday Handling

  • Orders begin processing after 3:00 PM local time. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on store-observed holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipments do not typically go out on major holidays; expect delays during peak seasons.

Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

International Orders

  • If you ship internationally, customs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may cause delivery delays. International transit times vary and will be shown at checkout if available.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address; return shipping and reshipment fees may apply.
  • If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us at copacabanabeautystore@gmail.com o arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
